Hosting charges apply where a customer is using LockLizard servers to host their administration system and take effect at the end of the first year of purchase (from year 2 onwards). Hosting charges only apply to perpetual licenses.
Basic hosting charge - $250.
Hosting ecommerce - additional $250.
Hosting command line - additional $200.
|  | Support and upgrades All our products come with 30 days of email support.
1 year of support can be purchased for $1495 which includes free product upgrades within the purchased release version.
Support for ecommerce can be purchased for an additional $250 and support for command line can be purchased for an additional $200.

|  | Own server hosting We remotely install and configure our software on your server for you. We do not charge any extra for this service.
If you prefer to install our software yourselves then we will provide you with the necessary files and documentation.
Own server installations are provided with unlimited Writer licenses.
