As a result, any serial port device connected to a COM port could be accessed from anywhere in the world as if it were attached to the local PC.When the attached serial port device sends communication data, Serial to Ethernet Connector converts it to TCP/IP data and hooks it over the Ethernet. On the remote side Serial to Ethernet Connector converts TCP/IP packages back into serial data.
