15 winks is a mobile video-dating App where users create 15 seconds videos to present themselves to other members for purposes of meeting & dating. The 15winks App will allow users to capture up-to 15-second video segments. The number of allowed segments will depend on whether the user is a subscriber or not i.e., free or paid.

The App will be provided with the ability to search and find users based on user preferences, user location and notifications of actions like mutual selection, etc. Users will be provided with options to share the videos and images on to social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ but only with permission of the user who creates the video. The default setting is set to not share.

The App will be free to download and use - with limited features.

-A free user can upload only one single video (introductory hello video), view unlimited videos of others, wink (like) at others and receive winks to his video and other notifications but he cannot initiate a chat. He can start chatting only if a paid user (subscriber) initiates a chat with him.

-Users who want to take advantage of the full features of the App can upgrade through their iTunes account and will be receive additional feature benefits: A user can chat with other users and can upload up to ten 15-second videos into their profile. A subscriber can subscribe to the full-featured paid version through their already established iTunes account.

Because of the date-stamped in-App recorded 15-second videos, 15winks hopes to eliminate "cat-fishing", phony profiles, lengthy/wordy profiles, stale profiles with images from potentially months or years earlier.
