Groups: Set up your own interest groups and participate in specialized discussions, contributing your expertise while making your skills visible to the organization. Ask questions and get feedback from experts company-wide. If your colleagues write in their own language, you can get an instant translation back to your language, with just one click. Since Jouzz runs within your company's network, you can discuss topics internal to your organization that you otherwise would not address in public social networks.
News Feed with Microblogging: you and your colleagues can get real-time updates (tweets) on what the other members of your group are working on.
Search: Full-text search lets you find the people and skills you are looking for. Look for job experience, work relations, and what people are working on. Trends and buzz in each region are easy to discover with tag clouds. Searches can be refined by department, geography, and seniority.
Polls: Create and launch your own polls. Analyze results drilling-down by department, region, office, and/or seniority. Choose the poll duration, voting anonymity and whether results will be published or not.
