The project's purpose is allow supervise a call center based on the Asterik PBX allowing generate reports about call center activity, e.g. agents activity, taken calls, lost calls. All this through web-interfase interfase written in PHP. Manager Call Center over Asterisk 1.0 License - GNU General Public License (GPL).
