WinMorse is an application that you can use in order to transfer regular text to Morse code using a wide range of spacing configuration types. WinMorse outputs the Morse code as a standard windows Waveform audio file (.wav). You can choose the Words Per Minute (WPM) rate, the Audio Frequency, and the sample rate of the Wave file.
